Diane, the Federation Secretary, sends out to the Secretaries of WIs a copy of the digital version of the DFWI News to be passed on to members who have paid for a digital subscription. The subscription helps to cover some of the cost of the paper copy and also the administration costs involved at County Office in its distribution.
